Get Lean and Strong at Home is an exercise programme by the experts at New Body Plan designed to help you achieve a leaner, stronger and fitter body in the comfort of your own home in just four weeks! How does the exercise programme work?
There are three sessions per week for four weeks, and each one takes less than 25 minutes. Every workout is made up of six different bodyweight moves grouped into a circuit to target your arms, chest, back, stomach, bum and legs every workout! You’ll do the exercises in order, sticking to the “work” and “rest” periods detailed, and do five circuits or “rounds” in total. That’s it! Achieving a lean and strong body at home has never been this easy!
How do I know what exercises to do?
Every session is clearly explained with a “workout table” showing what exercises to do in what order. There’s also columns that show for how long to “work” and “rest” for each move, so all the thinking has been done for you - all you need to do is get moving!
