How do I get my plan?

When you sign up for your plan you’ll be invited to download the New Body Plan app. Once you’ve created an account you’ll be able to access your training plan, meal plans and progress trackers. 

What kit do I need?

All you need is a set of dumbbells. Ideally they will be at least 10kg per side and will be adjustable. You’ll lift a weight according to your ability the plan is suitable for all fitness levels. 

When will I see results?

If you follow our advice and apply yourself to the plan you can expect to see results after a week or two and significant body fat reduction over the course of six weeks. 

How do I access support?

Just use the ‘chat’ function in the app to get a direct line to the UK’s top transformation experts Jon Lipsey and Joe Warner. They are on hand to give you the advice you need to get the result you want.
