How do I get my plan?

When you sign up for your plan you’ll be invited to download the New Body Plan app. Once you’ve created an account you’ll be able to access your training plan, meal plans and progress trackers. 

What kit do I need?

You don’t need any kit at all. All you need is your bodyweight. The plan has been created using proven High Intensity Interval Training techniques that maximise fat loss in minimum time. 

When will I see results?

If you follow our advice and apply yourself to the plan you can expect to see results after a week or two and significant body fat reduction over the course of six weeks. 

How do I access support?
