How do I access it?

Your Club New Body Plan workouts, meal plans and other features can be accessed through the New Body Plan app, which you'll download as part of the sign-up process.

Do I need gym membership?

Yes, you will need gym access to complete this plan. It uses a carefully designed selection of freeweights, cables and machines to get maximum results in minimum time.

Do I need experience?

The plan is suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters. All moves are clearly explained and you'll lift a weight based on your ability.
