Who is it for?

This plan has been made for guys who want to add serious strength while also sculpting a leaner, more muscular body. It would also suit graduates of New Body Plan 2.0.

How do I access it?

Your workouts, meal plans and other features can be accessed through the New Body Plan app, which you'll download as part of the sign-up process.

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need access to a gym, because the plan involves barbell and dumbbell exercises as well as some cable and machines moves. 

Do I need experience?

The plan is suitable for both beginners and experienced lifters. All moves are clearly explained and you'll lift a weight based on your ability.
